Clogged gutters cause expensive problems
Westchester County and Greenwich are full of mature oaks, maples and pines — beautiful, but hard on gutters. When leaves, seeds and pine needles pack your gutters, water spills over the edge instead of draining away. That overflow can lead to:
- Water in your basement and damage to your foundation
- Rotting fascia boards, soffits and trim
- Ice dams and icicles in winter
- Eroded flower beds and stained siding
- Mosquitoes, pests and plants growing in the gutters
Our gutter cleaning process
1. Hand-clean every run. We remove leaves, sludge, shingle grit and debris from every gutter by hand — no leaving piles on your roof or lawn.
2. Flush the downspouts. We run water through the system to make sure downspouts flow freely, and clear clogs we find.
3. Clean up. Debris is bagged and removed, and walkways and patios under the work area are left clean.
4. Before & after. We show you the results — and let you know about loose gutters, leaks or damage we notice along the way.
When should you clean your gutters?
For most homes in our area, twice a year: late spring (after seeds and pollen drop) and late fall (after the leaves come down, typically late October through December). Homes surrounded by trees may need a third cleaning. Fall is our busiest season, so booking early gets you the best dates.
Fall gutter cleaning is booking now. Call or text (914) 843-9610 to reserve your spot before winter.
